A 20% non refundable deposit will be transacted to secure your booking. Credit card and full contact details are required for this transaction. There will be a 2.9% credit card surcharge applied.
Your reservation is confirmed upon prepayment 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Meal Plan is compulsory and must be sold with accomodation rates. Reservations will not be accepted without the meal plan.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 30 to 14 days before your stay there is a 25% cancellation fee.
If you cancel 14 days to 7 days 50% cancellation fee will apply.
If you cancel 7 days before your stay 100% cancellation fee applies.
*All cancellations must be received in writing
Blue Lagoon Beach Resort is not responsible for any variation in exchange rates that may occur through the period of your reservation and arrival. Any Government taxes are mandatory and passed on.
Travel around the islands of Fiji can be affected by weather, boat issues or other unforeseeable events. We strongly encourage all of our guests to purchase travel insurance to cover against these issues. In the event of circumstances beyond our control we will not offer refunds for accommodation, meals or transfers.
TRANSFERS
In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent you from utilising the pre arranged transfers - this is outside of the resorts control and you will be advised by the island teams alternative options to suit you.
Blue Lagoon Beach Resort reserves the right to cancel any booking which does not comply with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to limit group bookings to no more than 4 villas due to the nature of the resort.
REBOOK: If a rebook offer is cancelled the cancellation policy will revert back to the orginal cancellation and booking dates
PROMOTIONS: please ensure when selecting a promotion this is best suited to you, no exchanges or refunds for the value will be offered once you have check in.
Child Policy
Children over 12 years will be charged the extra person rate of $99FJD per night per person for villas. Children between 5 - 12 yrs are $79FJD per child, and children under 4 years are free, when accompanied by an adult. The children's meal plan is $108 FJD per child for 4 - 12 yrs, over 12 yrs is $129FJD, and under 4 yrs is free of charge.
